Dr. Kelechukwu N. ONWUKAMIKE (PhD)(Dr.rer.nat) is published author of “Till We All Win” book and currently a Research Scientist working for Procter & Gamble Germany. He graduated with a First Class Honours in Industry Chemistry from FUTO-Nigeria in 2011. He was part of the Erasmus Mundus FAME Master Programme between 2013-2015 which was done in the University of Augsburg, Germany and University of Bordeaux, France. In 2016, after his MSc degree he was selected to be part of the of the Marie-Curie Joint Doctoral programme in Functional Materials (EJD-FunMAT), and graduated in Feb. 2019 with a double PhD in Organic Chemistry (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany) and Polymer Chemistry (University of Bordeaux, France). His thesis which was focused on developing sustainable approaches for making materials from cellulose, won the 2020 PhD thesis Award on Sustainable Chemistry from the German chemical Society (GDCh). As his contribution to develop human capacity in Africa, he runs a mentorship platform (DEKEMP, www.dekemp.org) that coaches and guide students in applying for internal scholarships. From June 2019 when Dekemp was founded, 200+ of his mentees received full scholarship for graduate studies in US, Asia, Africa & Europe with a total value close to $15 million. As a LinkedIn influencer, his posts are easily identified with the mantra, "tillweallwin" mantra. He recently published his first book titled “Till We All Win”. He is a follower of Jesus Christ and believes that his purpose on earth is fulfilled by helping others achieve their own fulfillment. His hobbies include reading, networking & playing table tennis.
